Making Goals

I've been away again!  Blogging has not been my priority but I have been taking care of myself!  I did lose 40 pounds and I've seen the scale creep up a bit so back to the grindstone!

I've made goals for myself this week!

  • Drink 60 ounces of water
  • Eat 2 fruit
  • Eat 3 veggies - I know that's not enough but we'll start there!
  • Lose 5 pounds
So far so good - I need to go eat another fruit and drink a bit more!

When temptation comes my way and I know it will may The Lord give me the strength to turn away!
