I've made goals for myself this week!
- Drink 60 ounces of water
- Eat 2 fruit
- Eat 3 veggies - I know that's not enough but we'll start there!
- Lose 5 pounds
So far so good - I need to go eat another fruit and drink a bit more!
When temptation comes my way and I know it will may The Lord give me the strength to turn away!
